After try to find an electrician to replace a heated floor SunTouch controller I called Handy People. They diagnosed the problem and found a way to make the floor heat again.

Over 3000 sqft of blown insulation installed. They had to first seal holes in old plaster ceiling and seal areas in basement between wall joists. The building had no insulation so this was a very demanding job with hard to access areas. They did great work and in 3.5 days. I would hire them again.
