COLAIZZI CONSTRUCTION

Matt has remodeled multiple rooms inside our house and built a phenomenal shed outside our house. We have had Matt work on our house since 2011 and he is currently working on a project now in 2022. He has done exceptional work and that is why we keep re-hiring him. He is very detailed oriented ensuring everything is done to perfection. We will only use Matt for all our projects going forward.

Matt Colaizzi does it all and does it professionally and with great attentiveness to details. He went out of his way to provide top quality service, adding some small extras on his own that added to the quality of the work and the value of the home. For example, in the basement game room he added a small cupboard under the steps, which I wouldn't have thought about it, but it adds immensely to the usefulness and coziness of the game room. It also seems that he can do any repair or remodeling project you can imagine, which was comforting to me as I did not have to hire specialty subcontractors. I am already planning to hire Matt for a project on my new house.

Arrived promptly and did a beautiful job Very professional, personable, and courteous. He went out of his way to match our existing woodwork color-he had to combine a few stains to create the match. He was very neat, and cleaned up any mess before he left for the day We could not be more pleased with the results.

We got an estimate from him and had him come back out and build a powder room, which he had to make room for. He also made a hallway in the basement for us. He did everything from electrical to putting in a ceiling. He also painted the powder room and installed a light into the hallway for us. He did a very good job. He is very easy to talk to and get along with. You don't find too many people of his caliber around. He also installed to pocket doors. His rates are very reasonable and good quality work.
