"Mr. Sullivan was very knowledgeable, helpful, and prompt. I had a broken valve on one of my radiators and it was replaced in no time. He arrived at the time he said he would and completed the repair work in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend his services to anyone. "From the beginning talking with Chris to the end the process was amazing. Carlos Frank and Brenden arrived on time, removed and cleaned the all the registers, and of course the air ducts. A problem arose that was not caused by them, but the AC had an issue and they stayed as long as it took to resolve it. Paul was a huge help during this and even followed up in the evening. Phone calls were returned promptly, questions answered without hesitation and problems resolved! I haven't seen this from any company in ages."

"We were so happy to have Sullivan Super Service (Plumbing, Heating, Cooling) come today to repair our central air conditioning unit and to service our HVAC system. Sullivan's technician, Bob Anderson, was polite, professional and experienced. We greatly appreciated his knowledge and counsel. Our AC has been out for a few days in a current hot spell, and Sullivan was the only company that contacted us. They proved the old saying that in winning, half of the battle is just in showing up and being there. We were not Sullivan customers before, but we are now! Sullivan's service was SUPER!"

"Over and above satisfaction!! Nick is an a very courteous and professional HVAC specialist! He called said he serve in 1 hr and he did. He introduced himself made feel I was in good hands!! I let him do his job without concern. In less than an hr he had photos of the issues with my furnace gave me a full explanation as to what was happening assured me there was no danger with the issues.
