They installed handles to our kitchen cabinets, installed a range vent, a toilet bowel and medicine cabinet within 3 1/2 hours. Not only that, they cleaned up and discarded the old items. "In 2024I hired pro. Solutions to build a back deck with an extension. I asked them to rebuild my front porch, and I put a fence around my yard. They are a scam artist. They outsourced my work to another company. They barely came to work. They told me I had to wait a year later to stained and sealed. The wood April of 2025I started calling them. I got a hole to Guy he said that he would have someone come out and start the work. No one came here until August of 2025. They sent one guy, 15 gallon bucket of something that wasn't even the color nor was it stain and seal the guy Joey, it took a month. He was here 3 days within that month. And then get half of the fence done, Dennis never answered my calls. I called him over and over again to where they even knew my telephone number and they wouldn't answer the phone so I called for my husband's phone, and then they stopped answering his phone calls. This company is a piece of s***. Do not do not hire them"

"We hired Robert (Jr.) because he was the first one to contact us. He came as scheduled and told us that we did not have to remove the sheet vinyl flooring or put down a concrete board subfloor, as my husband wanted to do. He said it was not necessary and that he had been doing this for 10 years and never had a problem. We believed him and he seemed so nice. He did work hard to put the herringbone pattern down, even though he had not done that before. It does look nice if you do not look too closely. He hurried the job because we were expecting a visitor. I appreciated that. But it showed in some of the places where he did not cut the tile large enough, like in front of the kitchen sink, and just filled in the space with grout. Looks terrible. Asked for tile under the stove. That did not happen either. But, after a few weeks, the grout started cracking and crumbling, as we feared. He also owes my husband $60 and we have been calling since October with no response. He moved to New Jersey so look out, people. Even his father phone number is no longer in service! Now what? Guess I will try the better business bureau but do not know what name he uses in New Jersey because he said he cannot use the same name. He should not be able to get away with this. Now I see that another customer has the same grout problem, the same month too. Is he using inferior products or does he just take the money and run? Our hearts are broken over this."
