I was called earlier in the day to confirm our appointment. Lorenzo was on time and started working immediately after he took a look at what was needed to be done. Overall the installation went well including the tiles. Have a suggestion during the installation to just communicate a little better if there is any change in the person coming to do the work so that we are aware of it and do not start wondering if this person knows what he is doing.
