They repaired my chimney and fireplace after several contractors said that it could not be done for less than $10,000 and tried to talk me into purchasing an insert. Firefighters charged me a third of that amount. They were very professional, reliable and trustworthy. I did not hesitant to leave them in my house when I was not there. Luis is extremely knowledgeable and has had many years of experience in chimney and fireplace repair. He explained the whole process to me with pictures and went over the procedure step by step. I liked that he answered my questions and showed me his work as he went along. When he ran into a few problems, he was persistently diligent until he figured out what the problem was and was sure that we both were satisfied. He strives for perfection and takes pride in his work. Both men worked well as a team and cleaned up every time they left.. "I hired Evergreen Chimney to repair my chimney and install lining and a cap. Kyle did the work. I went on my roof a few days after the work was completed to inspect and was very disappointed at what I saw. Not only was the chimney poorly repaired/plastered, but debris from the work that was done was left on my roof. I have the pictures to show the poor work, but unfortunately, I cannot upload them to this review. When I called Stacy to remedy the situation I was met with nothing but excuses. I am dissatisfied with the work that was done and the ensuing response especially since I paid a significant amount of money for the repairs."

"The items shipped were all in working order. The items were easily installed via a sticky tape attached to all the sensors. Some, like the motion detector, were just placed on a flat surface;ie. fireplace mantle. All worked correctly. The remote door sensors are great;I use them to turn off / on the alarm system before entering or after leaving the house. The control unit besides handling the security system , displays local weather - which is handy."
