"Floor looks beautiful! Reliable installers, who accommodated every request. They showed up before 8 every day and worked hard to get this difficult job done as quickly as possible. We requested a Versailles pattern, and it looks gorgeous! They were even able to repair cracked tiles in 2 other bathrooms without damage to surrounding tiles. They use a system to level each tile with the adjacent tiles. Looks better in real life, because pictures are a little dark. Note that they don't replace the floor trim, touch up paint or re-install toilets. The quarter round part of our trim was difficult to remove without breaking because the seams were caulked. So the quarter round isn't back on yet and the paint hasn't yet been touched up in these pictures. But even with the toilet removal they added toilet water solidifying crystals (ie. Oatey LiquiLock) so water wouldn't spill. Thank you, Michael and team!"

He charged almost as much for the repair as I was quoted for replacing all the tile. He quoted $1400 to get the job, then $1400 plus materials with a copy of the Home Depot bill, then $1600 with materials, then found a problem that raised the price to $2200. He tried unsuccessfully to raise the price again when he finished. Cash only, no cards or checks. Vibe was that of a handyman pretending to be a general contractor. Definitely not a qualified tiler."

"I gave this man $3000 which was 33% of the job upfront. Was supposed to give him 33% at the halfway part And 34% upon completion. But when I went to my bathroom and realized you left drugs in my bathroom and I have small children. Not like that 3000 black and small cleaners caught easy and heâ s lucky he hasnâ t been charged with nothing. Only reason that happened is because I wouldnâ t pursue charges. He obviously is a drug addict and has a problem so maybe he should get help Possibly isnâ t the option maybe rehab is. If you paid for supplies, you got ripped off wait 10 years and it will all fall apart charges for certain stuff but buys different stuff so he can use the extra money to pick himself up drugs without nobody noticing, I am so terribly in grief over this. $3000 he ran off with how is Matt doing in business and not in a jail cell"

They removed a small shower stall, and large jacuzzi tub. they then built me a large shower stall, installed new lighting, tile, plumbing hardware and a Vanity. We really love the new bathroom and any mistakes made were fixed without question."
