"We had to wait 2 months for an appointment. The owner came with an assistant and charged $90. for an estimate. They checked visually looked at the fireplace and said don’t use it, which I knew already, that’s why I called them. They got on a ladder and visually checked the chimney & cap & said it was done wrong. They chatted for a long time and said they would send an estimate for repair. Never heard from them again. I emailed and called...no response . They basically made $90. to visit me and do nothing.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!"
