It also seemed like we talked more about financing (they do internal financing) then we did about the actual addition. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I like Toms system of charging by the hour ( $45 per man) rather than an over inflated number guaranteed to protect the contractor. He did not mark up the materials either. He and his crew (which included his son who ran the project) worked diligently, they were punctual and professional. The completed job was a work of art. Tom communicated daily and was always available to answer any questions. From the time I first met Tom I was impressed by his sincerity, knowledge and honesty.
