"ECI Comfort replaced our heat pump, which included the outside unit, inside air handler, and thermostat/control, in April of 2020. We paid competitive pricing. Our Trane system is still working like new! During our first regular servicing of the unit, the technician, Selinda Killing, found our Air Scrubber (a device to clean the air as it passes through the Air Handler) not working. That item was added to the Air Handler, free of charge, during installation. Today, the Ultra-Violet Bulb, which is the piece that does the actual cleaning in that Air Scrubber, was replaced by technician Mike Slawecki. That is working well, again! Ms Killing, Mr Slawecki, as well as the entire installation crew, in 2020, were totally professional and polite. Our Air Handler is in our attic, with not-easy-access in the master bedroom walk-in closet. The entry to the attic is 18" X 48", and everyone has handled that very small area without issue. Removing the replaced components, as well as, bringing in the new components, through that opening, was not easy. My wife and I have been quite pleased with all ECI has done for us. ECI Comfort is a first-class operation, and we would recommend them for all of your HVAC needs!show more

"They did a decent job in repairing walls and painting touch up areas. But there were several areas that need touch up. I’ve reached out to them multiple times to schedule a follow up appointment to address these remaining aspects of the job. But they have not followed through. Feels like they moved on once they got paid, regardless of whether the job was completed to customer satisfaction. I would not use them again.show more

"Words can’t express how thankful I am that someone recommended this company to me! At 39 weeks pregnant, the last thing you want to hear is that you have sewage in your basement! But after getting more than half a dozen quotes from multiple companies (some big and some small), Zieniuk and Sons came by with a reasonable quote (more than half less than some of the bigger companies!) and had the sewage line dug up and replaced in less than a day. All of the workers were competent and professional. Would highly recommend and will definitely use again (although I hope we don’t need to for a while!).show more
