I recently called 7 Oil during a heat wave on 6/23 because my tenant's air conditioning had stopped working. I was incredibly impressed with their service and value. Within just one hour, they had a technician at my property who quickly resolved the issue and got the air conditioning back on. Their prompt and professional response was a lifesaver in the scorching heat. If you need reliable, fair, and efficient service, I highly recommend calling 7 Oil. Their team is responsive, skilled, and truly dedicated to customer satisfaction. They exceeded my expectations and provided top-notch service when it was needed most.

I complained about an incompetent new technician that came to my home to clean our oil furnace. After complaining the manger called and wanted to make things better by offering a free cleaning. To my surprise the manager started yelling at me for complaining about his recent hire that came from a former place they worked together. Not only was he more non-professional than the first weirdo sent. I told him about an oil leak from the first visit and he said he did not know why it was leaking. I also explained that the water was shut off due to replacing a radiator for a smaller unit, and he said not to reopen the water to the system. This rude heating guy from 7 Oil wanted my furnace to fail so he could charge a fortune to fix it. The 7 Oil manager guaranteed he would be back before the xmas season to fix my furnace. On the way out he said: "On a good note, I want to view your garden" What kind of a rude idiot does 7 Oil employ? I called a more reliable heating company and was greeted very warmly, and he explained to me that the bleeder valve before the filter was open causing oil leakage and that the water feed line should never be closed. Problem fixed at no charge. I have done many years of business with 7 Oil and most of the heating technicians are very good and friendly, but over the last 2 years dealing with such rudeness and stupidity from the last 2 technicians I must say I am happier and safer with more reliable and honest technicians elsewhere.

On a very hot Saturday our air conditioning system stopped working. We called 7 Oil who actually answered their emergency call number. A representative came out that same day and, when it was determined we required a new system, we purchased, financed with approval the same day, and ordered a new system. The installation team, Dan, Sean, and Fred were FABULOUS. They all were very knowledgeable, professional, neat, courteous, and completed the installation within one day. Our salesman rep, Tom, could not have been more helpful in a very difficult situation.

The technician was new, and he did not know very much about cleaning an oil furnace. I had to explain to him how to take the furnace apart for cleaning. At the end of the cleaning process he put a stop oil delivery on my tank stating it was old and damaged. Customer Service Tech Manager was completely crazy with how good a job the company does with no regard to have a second inspection done. I also had many deliveries of oil since and the deliveries stated the tank was in good shape. I believe that the technician was attempting to make as much money as possible for the oil company with no regard to keeping customers. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PREDATORY COMPANY AND TECHNICIANS.

It went very well. Sharon, in the office was great at communicating with me, and Fred, the technician proved himself to be very resourceful, very competent, and very trustworthy. He solved all of the problems. We are very pleased the service we received from 7 Oil.

I called 7 Oil because my heater stopped working on the coldest day of the winter so far. I have always gotten my heating oil from them because their prices are always very reasonable and delivery is always prompt. They tried to help me reset my heater but it' didn't work so the lady on the phone (who by the way was very nice) told me they would be out as soon as possible. It only took two hours for the repairman to show up. His name was Dave. He went to work right away and detected the problem very quickly and fixed it super fast. I mentioned to him that I was waiting for a repairman to come and look at my water heater. He immediately went and looked and told me my pilot light was out. He then took the time to light it saving me the cost of the other repairmen. Dave is very personable and friendly not to mention efficient. Thanks 7 Oil for helping me and thank you Dave for all you did to help me out. 7 Oil rocks!!

I was looking for a new oil delivery and furnace maintenance company. I called 7Oil and they were incredibly friendly, thorough, appreciate, and helpful. I knew from the last contract I had with another company that the pricing they were offering me (for both the oil and the furnace maintenance package) was good (and a little less than what I was previously paying). I am looking forward to being their customer.

Went very well - John and Patrick did an excellent job. Was thorough and assisted with correcting and sealing off areas that may have create any future water damage around the vents, chimney and air ducts. Also, compliments to Fred Baran for his knowledge of products and services.

Management refused an amicable adjustment in charges and wanted to evaluate the smell of oil in my home after 4 service calls. Technicians need training, Management needs customer service training. Madam!

I was getting my heater serviced yearly by them& had them remove underground tank & replace with above ground tank.After filling in the hole they put a concrete slab & put new tank on it.That was in Nov. 2008 .In 2015 I noticed cement slab cracking.A little while latter in early 2016 I noticed tank & one end of slab sinking putting a strain on the 2 feed lines from tank to house .I called the knowing I would probable have to pay something to get this repaired as it had been a number of yrs.I called them & told them I was worried the line would break & leak oil ,she told me she would have mike call me.I called several times over the next couple wks.I finally called & talked to Mike & he said he would have someone look at it He never got back to me. I was willing to pay & thought they might give me some discount ,beings they installed the cement slab& tank. , ( Maybe next time they should use thicker cement slab with rebarb ).

After hearing horror stories of the cost of removing underground oil tanks, I was happy I found 7 Oil. The entire staff was helpful, courteous and offered suggestions to keep the cost low and finish the job to keep the environment safe. Hats off to Linda in the office for arranging the paperwork. A big thank you to the polite and informative Jeremy and John for their expertise in digging out and removing the tank. If you need this type of service, contact 7 Oil and be sure to ask for Mike Sleigus, who with his experience and knowledge helped me remediate the soil on my property and make it safe again.

From the time that we contact 7-Oil to get an estimate to the completion of the work they were prompt, responsive, friendly and professional. We are doing a kitchen remodel and this entailed moving ductwork for both the outlet in the kitchen and the main duct feeding the second floor all of which starts in the basement. Unlike other tradesmen we have been dealing with they (Steve) promptly showed up to give us an estimate and gave us some ideas on what could be done. After reviewing the estimate and speaking to Steve we decided to go forward with the project at the cost quoted. The two technicians that did the work, John Hillard and Dave Farrell, showed up on time did the work in a friendly, professional and timely manner and thoroughly cleaned up when they were done. The quality of the work is above and beyond what I expected. We would definitely use 7-Oil and their great people again for any future HVAC work and heater service if needed. Just outstanding service!!!!!!!!!!!

I've been using 7 Oil for several years after leaving another oil company and they've always been great. When I decided it was time for a new heater I decided to change over to gas. I was hesitant to ask 7 Oil to do this work as my last oil company did not want to discuss converting, they would just tell me why I should stay with oil. I had two other estimates before noticing that 7 Oil actually listed oil to gas conversions on their website so I decided to try them. They came in *much* lower than the other companies that were out. Fred and Mike were both very professional and did a great job. I highly recommend 7 Oil.
