He explained how the process would go, timeline, etc. Noah and Matt, our construction guys were everything we hoped for and more. They took off their shoes when they came in the house! On a weekly and daily basis, I was informed who would be working that week and/or day and what they would be doing. As a woman, I felt my questions and concerns were taken seriously. Ken, co-owner and project manager of Mr. Contractor, and his team take professional service very seriously as Ken, would often say our overall goal is to please the customer. And the carpentry was perfection! After the carpenters and plumber were finished, Frank stopped by to pick up payment and do a walk through to make sure everything was completed to my satisfaction.
