The team was really terrific. Came when they were supposed to come, did quality work, excellent communications, fair pricing, and even came back when I wanted something changed. They are really, really "old style" excellence. Hard to find in today's marketplace.

Fabiano's team's work was very sloppy. I needed interior trim and framing replaced on windows in a Philadelphia townhome. Trim was installed with substantial gaps (nearly 1/2 an inch) between the wall that were simply caulked over, and when they stained the wood they failed to sand it evenly and did not apply sufficient pre-stain wood conditioner leaving the final finish very uneven and splotchy. I will have to paint over the surface on my own to fix it.

Very prompt replies, allowed us to get all of the materials for the job to save ourselves some money. They were knowledgeable and professional, and did a great job cleaning up after themselves at every step and asked questions when needed. Could not be happier with how our railings turned out!
