"Excellent. Steve and Sandy maintained prompt phone and email contact as we settled on the scope of work. Steve visited the house a couple of times to estimate and plan the work, and was always considerate of our schedule and keeping punctual appointments. He was able to save us a lot of money by restoring our rusted out rail, making it work and look like new. We were impressed with his craftsmanship and eager to have him do all of our rails. Our front porch concrete had cracks from settling, but Steve figured out a way to fit the rail where it would be useful to us in spite of the cracks. If a fit or an angle didn't look just right to him, he took it back to his shop for correction. Our rails are rock solid and look great."

Trail Blazing Corporation is a full service licensed, bonded, and insured general contracting company. We currently have eight techs employed as well as an office assistant and manager. We specialize in both maintaining rental properties and invigorating properties for resale. Our experience working with several different property owners, portfolio managers, and real estate brokers gives us the keen ability to wisely evaluate a budget scenario (where to spend, where to save) which enables us to deliver your project on time and on budget.

There was no inspections, final or otherwise. I did have issues and made call and emails. Call for the most part went unanswered or unacknowledged. The office staff gave us our own address for meeting location. They were only going to remove the counter tops and not the counters for demo. Flooring was not removed prior to cabinet install. original schedule was about 14 days. It took 72. Had to pay extra to have work I requested as part of the original bid completed. Most of this was due to not ordering material needed on day 1. 3 weeks without even temporary counter tops. It is done and looks good now, but the sub-contractors did all the work from what I can tell."
