We actually did both trimming and removal. The trimming was done by Chad's two young men. They did a good job overall. There were a few things that could have been done better but had I asked them I absolutely know they would have done whatever I wanted. Chad is a great guy, He walked the place with me, discussing all that should be done and had an estimate to me at that time. I felt his estimate was very fair. Clean up was good and the two guys that did the work here were so very nice. I would highly recommend Chad to do any arbor work you need done.

I would totally recommend Pacific Arbor Care. They dropped a few trees for me. Some required a strategic drop, due to their surroundings and it went flawlessly. I wish I had their contact info on a door magnet. Hands down, I’m a happy customer.

Shad responded quickly when the storm downed several trees. The work was done well, safely and courteously. Shad communicated well by text so we were able to work the project details even tho I was out of town. I appreciated his expert advice regarding the remaining trees,

Cautious removal of my tree. in a narrow area they removed my tree with no effects on my neighbors or those driving up and down my street.

Caleb was the one who came out initially, to bid the job. Was going to be here at 3PM, but, we got a call from Shad around 11 or so that the job that they were on had run into some snags, and that he wouldn't be here until 4PM. I appreciated that they were respectful of MY time, and let me know far enough ahead for me to plan my day. He showed at 4 PM, exactly when we expected him, as was the case on the days that they did the work, exactly on time...rare anymore! They were all very nice, polite guys. They were respectful of all of my "yard art" and took every precaution to protect other plants around where they were working....also rare! The area was cleaned up, free of branches and sawdust. We were keeping the wood for firewood, and asked that they keep the lengths to around 15 inches, because our stove is small, and for the most part, that is what they did! We were very pleased with the quality of respect, and the quality of work. I would highly recommend!

Sean and his crew were on time when they said they would be here at 8 oâ  clock they were here at 8 oâ  clock they left the area very clean and I do recommend this business had my tree down very quickly or surprised with their work yes I would highly recommend Sean and his crew thanks a lot Sean

Professional, efficient, super job on my hedges, best ever. Shad was easy to work with and responded to my phone call prmptly, to give estimate and schedule job. Caleb and Seth did an amazing job and cleanup. I am so pleased! I will recommend them to my friends who need this type of service and I will be calling them again next year.

A large tree fell on our house during a wind storm. Pacific Arbor cleared off the roof the same day and removed debris from the yard the next morning. Very efficient workers. Job well done!
