Great. Wish there was a bit more customer first attitude, but went well.

One thing that I like about them but it can also be a frustrating thing sometimes too is if they can't find reproduce the problem they won't just throw parts at it and see if that fixes it. They have to actually find the problem before they go in and fix it. I give them an A across the board.

After living with an engine miss in my 1998 GMC Sierra for 3 years, and, with three other shops attempting to diagnose the problem, Aloha Auto Center found and fixed the problem in short order. Turned out it was a defective distributor cap caused by my purchase of an aftermarket substitute (last time I will be doing that!). One of the shops I took it to for diagnosis was a local Beaverton dealer service center that diagnosed it as bad valve guides!!!! I was very impressed and grateful with the professional demeanor of the Aloha Auto Center staff and the ability to find the problem. I will be using them for now on for my diagnostic and repair needs. Thanks folks!!

They did a terrific job. The car is somewhat old (Honda) with 100,000 miles. My son drove it to Portland for the summer. Aloha checked the car out and it performed great ! Thanks !!

It went well. They broke it up into two parts because we orignally didn't think we needed the transmission flush. They gave us a level of urgency for it.

It turned out a bit on the pricey side but the problem was found and fixed.

I have used them before when I thought there was a problem.They showed me there was really no problem and did not charge anything.

The driver's side lock on my 2002 CRV wasn't working - the power lock wouldn't work for that door, and I had gotten to a point where the key wouldn't even go in the lock consistently. I called the Honda dealer first for a quote on replacing the actuator, and they quoted me $420. Then I looked on Angie's List for a local place (I prefer to stay in the neighborhood anyway) and came across Aloha Auto Center. I called them and they quoted me $180 for the exact same thing. Was able to make an appointment within 2 days. Dropped off my car and while I was walking home got a call from them confirming the quote. Work was all done and I was home with my car by noon. They were very efficient, Would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

It all went very well. I picked up my free loaner car the night before (they stayed open late for me) and we talked about what I expected to be done and how to contact me during the day. In addition to the to-do list I wanted them to check on a vibration when I?m stopped at a signal. They called me around four PM and told me the car was ready and I could pick it up that night?again they stayed late. All of the work on my list was completed, and the bill was less than quoted. I asked about the vibration and they?d investigated, pulled a plug and other stuff and said I might need a tune-up ($500+), but I should put an additive in my gas?they don?t sell it and fill my tank with premium gas for a while, which I should?ve been doing all along. All of the work they did was great, and there haven?t been any problems?now my son goes there with his car.

The big issues was the carburetor. Without having to take the carburetor off the engine, the mechanic was able to drill out some passageways to allow fuel air adjustments again. Other tuneup functions were performed to get it to DEQ standards. I took it in to DEQ the next and it passed with no problems. Thanks Kevin. BR

They were good. They were quick. They were close to where I live. It was through the reviews on Angie's List that I chose them. He showed the old part and showed me what was wrong with it and how it had failed. I believed him, so that's all I could ask for. With regard to price, I don’t know what it would cost at another place. We just go to a place and we pay what they tell us to pay if we need the service done.

The work took a bit longer than anticipated, but otherwise it was right on target. Cost was just as predicted. No problem with transmission or glove compartment door since then. I have had substantial work done on 2 cars over several years. They have always done A+ work for me -- reasonable and done right the first time.

I had a problem with the check engine light coming on and had Aloha Auto Center diagnose it. The diagnoses indicated a fuel pump problem, but they were unable to reproduce the problem once the light was turned off it would not come on again. Therefore they didn't fix anything that didn't need fixing. Cost $100. I also needed a couple of cheap front tire and they provied them also. Very easy to work with and I didn't feel try to sell me stuff I didn't need.

I had a leaking left side rear wheel bearing seal and shot front brake disc pads on my Toyota pickup that needed major attention. The plan was to replace all brake components front and rear, replace all wheel bearings front and rear, and all seals front and rear. I did everything myself except to remove the rear axle wheel bearings from their axle. That job requires special equipment that I did not have. The solution was to remove the axles from the truck and take them to Aloha Auto Center to have them do the job. Some of the equipment are special Toyota tooling that not all repair shops have. I handed the axles over to AAC in the morning and Kevin said they should be ready for sure the next morning. Shortly after 1:00 pm the same day, Kevin called to say the axles were ready to be picked up. I can't say I was too surprised that the job was done so quickly. I have had them work on vehicles for me since moving to Beaverton over two years ago. They have never failed me.

I have used them twice and the last one was yesterday. It was for a continued service. They did a good job. They tell you exactly what they are going to do and what they found. They call you before they do anything, they go over the prices with you. They look into what you want to do and want not to do. I also have a 12 month warranty for their work.

It was the first time I used them, and the people there are nice and they seem confident. It is a nice place to get your car worked on. They know how to work on older cars. Their price was good.
