Done on time and as requested
The driver's side lock on my 2002 CRV wasn't working - the power lock wouldn't work for that door, and I had gotten to a point where the key wouldn't even go in the lock consistently. I called the Honda dealer first for a quote on replacing the actuator, and they quoted me $420. Then I looked on Angie's List for a local place (I prefer to stay in the neighborhood anyway) and came across Aloha Auto Center. I called them and they quoted me $180 for the exact same thing. Was able to make an appointment within 2 days. Dropped off my car and while I was walking home got a call from them confirming the quote. Work was all done and I was home with my car by noon.
They were very efficient, Would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.
They called me around four PM and told me the car was ready and I could pick it up that night?again they stayed late. All of the work on my list was completed, and the bill was less than quoted.
I asked about the vibration and they?d investigated, pulled a plug and other stuff and said I might need a tune-up ($500+), but I should put an additive in my gas?they don?t sell it and fill my tank with premium gas for a while, which I should?ve been doing all along.
All of the work they did was great, and there haven?t been any problems?now my son goes there with his car.
