"It went amazingly. Mark is a fantastic worker, and he spent weekends driving up and doing a remarkable job of finishing. He gave us an estimate up front and was very willing to work with our schedule, and then held to that. The most remarkable thing about Mark though, is his personality and attention to detail. Finishing work takes a very detail-oriented person, and he had the experience to make that work go quickly. In addition, he was willing to talk us through the process so that we understood what was going on and even learned how to lay a little wall tile ourselves for future projects! He also went above and beyond, helping us to hang a duct hood and make a few decisions about how to hide some ducting. The consultation (my husband was there to meet with the estimator) went well and the estimate reflected what was discussed. It ended up being more expensive than our budget will allow at this time so we haven't yet scheduled the work but it is really helpful to know what to plan for/expect and can adjust from there if necessary.

One minor point: Based on the graphic that is shown on the deal itself (which includes a blueprint) I had expected to receive some sort of visual representation of the remodeled bathroom with the estimate. It isn't really clear in the language that it was supposed to be provided so we didn't consider it to be a negative, but wanted to include it here in case others had the same expectation.
