"We had mice in our HVAC ducts. Jesus from Northwest Duct Services promptly came out to give us an estimate and then scheduled the repairs and duct cleaning on a Sunday so that we could be rid of the mice as soon as possible. When Jesus and his helper did the work, they were very professional and cleaned up after the job was done. We couldn't have asked for anything better!!!"

"Dr. HVAC called immediately after I had scheduled my appointment to confirm the appointment. They called to let me know when the tech would arrive and then the tech (Brad) called to let me know he was on his way. Great customer service. Brad was able to come out the same day our air conditioner went down on one of the hottest days of summer. He was very professional, quick, and courteous. Every person that came out was polite and cleaned up very well. The subs they used were top notch and I would use any of them again. They did what they said they would do and did it on time.
