"The individual who visited and prepared the proposal, as well as the installation team, arrived on time, provided helpful and accurate detail on what work would be performed, how, and when, and executed their work in an organized fashion. The installation crew did a thorough cleanup and completed their work on time. Although the bid was competitive compared to others, the work was still more expensive than I felt it should be considering that work took less than a day and used few materials (aside from a sump pump which accounted for 1/3 of the cost). The only negative was that the financial office was unprepared with the necessary paperwork at the time of the work, causing some slight confusion.
