This s my first major repair project ever done to 15 years old home. I have severe dry rots posts to the point that my roof can collapse anytime and so not safe to be around. Contacted Bill on a Saturday to quote some deck maintenance work and he came over the same day to review the job needs and provide a quote. I received the complete quote for the work as discussed within hours and we agreed to start Monday AM. Bill showed up on-time and wrapped up the same day. Great quality.

Bill came to diagnose our dishwasher, after I finally gave up trying to disconnect it myself. He came the morning after we spoke, showed me each step as he worked and was kind, helpful, professional and very hygienic. He wore a mask and gloves and sanitized the area when he was finished. He showed me the fatal flaw and advised me that replacing the unit would be less costly than replacing the pump, and left everything safely disconnected and in order. He also explained how I could repair a faulty light fixture myself to cut down on our expenses. At half the rate of our other bids, we re very happy and will definitely call Bill again in the future.
