"Better than I ever imagined- I can't sing their praises enough! We had our septic system inspected because we plan on selling our home shortly and it was time to drain the tank anyway. Being July, the busiest time of the year for them, I had to make an appointment for the actual inspection a month out, which is understandable! The gentleman that came out was on time and completely knowledgeable with 28 years in the field; I felt totally confident in his honesty and professionalism. He kept us informed and allowed us to make certain cost saving decisions at our discretion. The inspection was very thorough and he fixed all the problems that were found. He did not try to sell us a new septic system- huge relief for us. He worked on our repairs for 12 hours one day and came back on Saturday, his day off, to work another 12 hours, knowing we were headed out of town 2 days after that. He dug through concrete hard dirt, tree roots in another area, septic water that was leaking, and even fixed a broken drain pipe that he encountered while digging. I've read some reviews from people who were disgruntled about not getting a call back, however I did not have that problem, so if for some reason they miss your call or you don't hear back from them, don't write them off, just call again, it will be worth it! They are very busy because they're honest and one of the best companies out there. The front office was communicative and kind. This is one company I will rehire and refer time after time. I have dealt with other companies in this field recently and had a bad taste- one tried to sell me a new system over the phone before ever coming out and another just strung me on and on for 5 weeks and was just plain unreliable. A affordable septic is not like the others. Hire them, you won't be disappointed!"

"This is the third time I've used Simpson Plumbing since purchasing a groupon approx. 2 years ago. They have installed a new toilet, repaired/replaced a dishwasher disposal line, replaced a plumbing connection from my washer to the sewer and now replaced another portion of the sewer line.

They were excellent in their service and worked diligently to help me get through the very unexpected expense of repairing my sewer line up to the city sewer line. I cannot say enough about how hard they worked to get me up and running quickly. They worked the entire day without complaint even when they had to dig 6 feet down by hand! "The job was well executed. Compliments to everyone at Speedy Septic. Hayden Buley was very quick to respond to my request for an estimate. I called several other septic system installers on listed on Angie's list who were either booked far into the future, or who did not respond to messages. Hayden made an appointment and came out to inspect the site as agreed and on time. He was very personable and professional. He set up a second meeting involving Mr. Rooter. He then provided an emailed cost estimate. One uncertainty in cost was whether the drain field needed to be replaced. This could not be determined until it was unearthed and inspected. Fortunately the drain field was still functioning well. A new distribution box was needed, and the drain field pipes were cleaned with the "Jetter" and all was well. The job took a little longer than planned due to bad weather. Our only winter snow and ice storms happened while the job was underway. We live on a fairly high hill and the snow and ice conditions were fairly bad, so I can't fault Speedy Septic for having the job take a little bit longer than planned. Then made sure that we had functioning toilets throughout most of the job, always when their work day was done. I'm happy to report that original cost estimate was very accurate. Compliments to all of the Speedy Septic and Mr. Rooter crew. They worked hard in some very cold and nasty weather to get the job done."
