I contacted Foundations First NorthWest and a couple of other contractors when an inspection revealed some foundation settling and crawl space damage. I chose Foundations First to make the repairs because they included more work, and at a lower price, than their competitors. I can't say enough about how professional everyone at Foundations First NorthWest was, from the first meeting with the sales rep to the constant communication with office staff throughout the project. Every step was completed without a hitch -- getting permits, engineering, the repair work and county inspections. The work crews worked quickly and efficiently on both the installation of stabilizing foundation piers, and also on the crawl space repairs. And they left the work areas in a very clean condition. I highly recommend Foundations First!
