He showed me pictures of everything. Everything he told me about was accurate. He quoted me a price for R38 insulation , Some of our ducts were plastic and he recommended them to be changed. I agreed completely and didn't know they were plastic. I would have had them done the work but I had no price comparisons to make and besides I didn't have the money right then. "Do not use this product for noise reduction or noise “deadening” as it does absolutely NOTHING (no matter what the sales person says)! I was told that I would not hear cars driving by and kids/conversations outside. That was a lie. I strongly believe in selling a product for what it can do and not what it can’t just to get a customer. With that being said the crew that came to install the insulation was fantastic! They walked me through the process, showed me areas of my home that needed repair that I would not have noticed and told me ways to fix it on my own with little expense. They worked hard and got everything done in one day. I haven’t received an energy bill yet so I can’t say how the insulation has or will impact that yet. Again, as long as you are not trying to use this product for noise reduction/”deadening” you will be happy with the product and the installation team."
