I would not recommend this company. While they may have a lot of good reviews, they did not live up to them. Scheduling the foam installation was not easy. They cancelled my appointment the morning of the installation because their one machine was broken. There was no back up plan. I had already taken the day off work and I had scheduled someone to do the dry wall repair. A few weeks later when they did come, the service was not professional. They showed up late and took so much longer than planned. Then, instead of using a stud finder to locate the studs behind the drywall, the workers made numerous unnecessary holes in the wall in order to find the open areas. This cost me extra money to have repaired because they didn't take the time to do it right. The difference in sound before and after the product installation is nearly non-existent. At best, there is about a 10-15% improvement in noise reduction. You can still hear full conversations on the other side of the wall. Furthermore, when I called to discuss the issues with the scheduling, unnecessary holes in my walls, and lack of customer service, the attitude from the management was "oh, well." There was no real solution to the problem and no compensation. They just wanted my final payment and for me to go away. This is not worth the time, the money, or the hassle. I would not recommend this product or this company to anyone else. They do not give five-star service, product, or experience. I am extremely disappointed.

Don't waste your money; this did NOTHING to improve our heat/cooling much less REDUCE NOISE which is mainly what I had it done for. NEVER would have done this if had known the results would be so terrible. Oh, and never mind the hole I found left in a piece of siding long after the fact (not noticeable until you bend down a few inches, then wow!) or the cold air blowing in around an outlet that has the foam in the wall AND a wall socket sealer cover underneath! how nice :(

The employees were very professional. The project was completed on time and they cleaned up after they finished.

Sales manager was helpful and trustworthy, workers were professional, all around a great experience!

Do not use this product for noise reduction or noise “deadening” as it does absolutely NOTHING (no matter what the sales person says)! I was told that I would not hear cars driving by and kids/conversations outside. That was a lie. I strongly believe in selling a product for what it can do and not what it can’t just to get a customer. With that being said the crew that came to install the insulation was fantastic! They walked me through the process, showed me areas of my home that needed repair that I would not have noticed and told me ways to fix it on my own with little expense. They worked hard and got everything done in one day. I haven’t received an energy bill yet so I can’t say how the insulation has or will impact that yet. Again, as long as you are not trying to use this product for noise reduction/”deadening” you will be happy with the product and the installation team.

Positive from start to finish

This company was great to deal with from start to finish. Retrofoam is different from spray foam. I knew nothing about it until home advisor recommended. I'm glad they did.
