The work went very well. Erik came recommended to me by a neighbor. Erik's bid was very competitive, and with the recommendation, I'm glad we chose to go with him. I went with Erik's advice on the roofing tiles. For much of the project, we relied on email/text/phone, and Erik was easy to work with. Erik and his crew worked very diligently, and the timing was great -- got the job done before the autumn storm season started. Definitely put my mind at ease as the old roof was pretty beat up. I recommend Erik highly.

Eric and his crew started late November 2022 (siding) finished early February 2023. Originally hired just to do siding (Hardy Plank) on 3 story apartment building. We had roof damage due to extreme winds that they repaired, so we weren't leaking, and then added two (flat and peaked) complete new roofs to the job. I highly recommend this professional, get the job done right the first time, won't waste your time contractor crew. Best price, not cheap, goes above and beyond to make sure it's done correctly and the way we wanted. Excellent communication, never had to guess what was going to be done or when. Cleaned up at the end of each work day and hauled off scraps each week before they piled up. Stands behind their work, came back and repaired high winds damage in early 2025. Again I highly recommend these contractors and would hire them again without hesitation. Definitely contact them for an estimate if you are considering having any roof work or siding done 👍
