"The inspection was scheduled promptly, the inspector did a careful and thorough job. He provided a somewhat dire assessment on the ant issues (I knew that we had a problem), provided a full suite of things which the company could tend to to extend the life of the interior wood structure and exclude pests for the longer term. Their use of all natural chemical control was a big plus. We signed a contract and the technician came a few days later. Unfortunately, the birds were "in" on that cool and rainy day so we decided to leave them to his second visit to complete the treatments/exclusion. The technician was polite, tidy, and willing to answer questions. On the second treatment day, the birds were out and the exclusion process was completed. They guarantee the work done for a year with the promise of return to address any issues. It is too early to assess the longer term run at this point but so far, so good."

"We needed more data as to whether we had bedbugs, so we hired a canine search which indicated that we did not. The problem turned out to have a medical explanation and not a vector problem. My advice is to use everything possible to decide if the problem is really bed bugs. A well trained dog is close to 90% accurate, and add that to physical evidence, i.e., feces stains which are brown, looking in the seams of your mattress, and on your bed frame is important. There are many pictures of evidence online, so do your homework first, then the canine, then the estimates. Try not to panic. The idea of bedbugs is extremely disconcerting and emotional. It is not a disease of unkempt and unclean people. It is becoming more widespread. So try to separate yourself from the image, and think clearly and read reliable websites. "Grant came out soon after my call to give me an estimate and got started on the job right away. He was always very prompt in returning my calls and checking the squirrels traps that he put on my roof. He trapped and transported the squirrel humanely and according to ODFW regulations. Once the squirrel was trapped, he immediately sealed up the openings in the eaves of the house. I haven't heard or seen any squirrels up there since. I won't know how well this works to keep the birds out until spring.

"When called to make an appointment, the customer service was great. The technician that came out was thorough. The fee to spray the house one time was a little steep, I still had some pests hanging around but not nearly as much as there was before the spray. I would consider using this company again but I think I would call around to see what other companies charge for a one time house spray."
