He explained all the services I would need and told me what I didn't. He solved the problem ASAP!!! We now have regular service with him, at a much better price and the BEST results. Excellent. We have a pest control contract with him already and he is always responsive to anything that comes up. The termites were found during a home improvement project and had to be dealt with quickly to keep us on schedule (with the extra damage removal and replacement of flooring). He came by the same day we called and then killed the colony a couple days later. So fast and such a good job. When we uncovered what looked to us a potential other occurence a few days later, he came right out and checked it out for us and reinspected everywhere (we were wrong and the only colony was still gone). Awesome.

Very well. Cherry City Pest Control is locally-owned. Sheldon is highly knowledgeable, always on time, and successful! No more rats. Would definitely hire him again, although we hope we don't have to. We also decided that hiring an expert is worth it. What you can buy at stores don't work nearly as well. It is also worth it to have an expert take a close look at your house to figure out how the critters are getting in.

True to other customer's previous comments, he came within a day of my initial call.  I showed him around, he gave me a quick estimate and easily sold me on a year contract for bimonthly service (additional call for problems included), which included another discount for paying for a year in advance and then he took off the Angie's list coupon.  I felt it was a small price to pay since I am TERRIFiED of stupid spiders.  He didn't even laugh at me.  Initial spraying was two days ago, and I have not encountered any of my nemeses since then. Comparing to pest control services I have had in the past, I believe the rate was very competitive and I like that the owner does all his own work.  Looking forward to having him here this year.
