"Very professional, I was very happy with what they did.  The 3 person team arrived right on time and were here for 3 hours which was what they said when I made the appointment.  A few items stood out in particular.   I was very happy with the cleaning of my oven (spotless inside now). Also,  I have hard water and the upstairs toilet had a ring build-up which was unsightly even though sanitary.  I had  tried everything to remove it without success.    They got the ring out and told me how to do it.  They dusted everything (even my kitchen window box containing many plants, etc.- I didn't expect them to do that!)

"It turned out really well. They were ready to work when they got here, they got all the supplies they needed, and they asked me what I wanted and what my priorities were. They did not just walk in and make that decision but they asked me what mine was; they were very polite. They left promptly on time; I had given them a list of things to do which was longer than they could have time to do but what they did was excellent. They did not assume what to use on my bamboo floors; I told them that it was only hot water and they re-verified when they got ready to do those floors that it was just hot water so they would not be using any soap.
