"Very professional, I was very happy with what they did.  The 3 person team arrived right on time and were here for 3 hours which was what they said when I made the appointment.  A few items stood out in particular.   I was very happy with the cleaning of my oven (spotless inside now). Also,  I have hard water and the upstairs toilet had a ring build-up which was unsightly even though sanitary.  I had  tried everything to remove it without success.    They got the ring out and told me how to do it.  They dusted everything (even my kitchen window box containing many plants, etc.- I didn't expect them to do that!)
