They were great. They would come out twice a year. I would recommend them. Their prices were negotiable and very competitive.

Xtra Touch was very responsive and even left their fans for a couple of days so we could completely dry out the two additional spots they cleaned.

They use environmentally-friendly carpet cleaning products, which is why I chose them. The technicians are very prompt, provided me with estimates, did the work that was said would be done, and explained what was needed. The owner even cared enough to come out the green cleaning class that I was doing once! I’m happy with their services!

They are very knowledgeable with what they do. They have done an excellent job cleaning the carpets. My only complaint was a that it was a little difficult getting them to follow through on a few things.
