"They were very professional, very trustworthy, honorable, and very nice people. I asked them for tips on cleaning laminate flooring and they explained the best way and I've been doing that and it works. They came within 2 days of my phone call, kept me up to date as to where and when they were arriving. I highly recommend this company and will use them again."

"We had recently had the hardwood floors refinished in our home.  While the floors are beautiful, there was a sticky dust throughout most of the house.  It coated every surface and serve to highlight all the areas I haven't cleaned.
I found Crystal Clean based on reviews on Angie's List.   I reached out to two providers for quotes on my 3500 square foot home.  Ed was the first to respond and was willing to come to my home to give me an estimate.  The other company was slow to return calls and unwilling to give an onsite estimate, but happy to sell me packages over the phone.  Ed was punctual and very pleasant to work with.  I was thrilled to have their help.  They not only cleaned all the usual areas, they wiped down the walls, cleaned my ovens, my gas stove is shining, the stainless steel & windows sparkle. The cobwebs and dust are gone.  The house smelled wonderful as well.  Ed & the two ladies with him were delightful and were also very good to our old dog during their visit.  Ed & I went on a thorough walk through before he left.  He touched up any areas that were missed, which were few.  I highly recommend this company.  I am hoping to have them begin a bi-weekly service soon.
I encourage anyone considering this company to look through the many positive reviews and give them a chance to earn your business.  I can see why Crystal Clean has earned the Super Service Award!

"In a word?  Brilliant.

I reached out to Perfect in an "emergency."  I was VERY happy to learn they cold get a team out with 24 hours notice; it took a lot of juggling on their part to make it happen.

When they got here, they were professional, sharp, and got the job done quickly.  Everything I asked them to do they did well.  The floors are shiny, the glass is sparkling, and everything smells wonderful.

I am so impressed with their work that I plan on bringing them in on a regular basis.

Great job, Perfect!

"They use environmentally-friendly carpet cleaning products, which is why I chose them. The technicians are very prompt, provided me with estimates, did the work that was said would be done, and explained what was needed. The owner even cared enough to come out the green cleaning class that I was doing once! I’m happy with their services!"

As you hiring a cleaning service, one of the first things you need to know is the difference between regular cleaning vs deep cleaning.\nRegular Cleaning; it usually involves your usual weekly cleaning tasks. It’s usually done on a schedule every two weeks or once a month, depending on your needs. \nDeep Cleaning; is attention to detail to a lot more extensive than your standard weekly clean.\nMain performs services would be sweeping, mopping, dusting and taking out the trash for residential or office. \nHave been in this cleaning industry for over 9 years. In the last your I decided to owner operated.

Floor Polishers questions, answered by experts

Yes, a magic eraser can remove candle wax. You can use it to remove all the candle wax from start to finish. Another option is to remove all large clumps with a dull knife and then pull out your magic eraser to finish the job. However, while the results can be impressive, a magic eraser shouldn’t be used on all surfaces since it can potentially damage them. If you try this method, test a small, hidden spot first and proceed cautiously.

There are many benefits to hiring a professional floor cleaner. First, these flooring pros know the right chemicals for your flooring type, which is essential for its longevity. Likewise, they have the proper deep-cleaning equipment, which is often more complex than a mop or broom. Not only that, but deep cleaning your floors can be a time-consuming process, and by hiring a professional, you can spend that time on other home improvement projects.

Before starting on a full refinishing project, determine if your floors need to be completely sanded down to the bare wood or if the damage is shallow and mostly cosmetic. Deep scratches and gouges will require you to rough sand using a drum sander or belt sander, but small surface scratches or floors that have only lost their luster don’t need a complete overhaul. Instead, you can skip the rough sanding step and sand-screen the old finish with a buffer, removing only the top layer of polyurethane.

You can use dish soap mixed with warm water to clean just about any type of flooring, and while vinegar is a great addition to some floor cleaners, it’s not a good idea to use it on wood flooring or engineered wood flooring. Vinegar is very acidic, and it can gradually eat away at the protective finish on wood floors. If you’re cleaning laminate, tile, concrete, or vinyl floors, feel free to use vinegar and water in a 1-to-1 ratio with a few drops of dish soap. For wood floors, substitute the vinegar for olive oil.

No, you cannot use bleach on Dekton. Avoid harsh chemicals when cleaning and treating Dekton. Such chemicals are unnecessary since Dekton is highly stain-resistant and nonporous. Instead, use a mild solution of water and soap or vinegar when cleaning your Dekton countertops and dry thoroughly with a clean cloth.
