"I had a very good experience with Crystal Clean. In fact, I answered a questionnaire about them when I first had them come. $120 is a lot. That's the thing I don't like because it's only for two people for an hour so they're getting $60 for an hour. But I do like what they do and I feel they're honest and I trust them in my house. I don't know what they charge in the area but I think that's a high price. I don't now, I don't like it because I feel $40 an hour would be more appropriate in my mind, but maybe I'm way off. The quality of service was very good. Very responsive."

The vacuum they did use did not clean the rugs very well. They did have to come out quite a way to get to me so I would not hire them again because of how much the travel fee would be. They did fine work and I had no problem scheduling the service."
