Installer showed up on time, explained installation process and was very thorough and professional.

I reached out to Matt at Smart Doors to have a new metal piece and seal installed on my garage door. The previous seal allowed water to enter the garage and damage items on the floor. He showed up on time and began installing the new product, however the seal didnâ t fit completely. He had a larger seal with him and promptly replaced with the correct material ensuring no water would leak into the garage. He went above and beyond and tweaked a few settings on the unit itself allowing it close properly and completely. Smart Doors is recommended without hesitation for the communication, professionalism and expertise in getting my garage door fixed completely. I have already referred him to local contractors I know so that they can receive the same service I did. Thanks, Matt!

I contacted Matt and explained my situation about needing my garage door re-programmed as soon as possible since I was leaving the next day out of town. Matt promptly called back letting me know he could be here the next morning to accommodate my needs. He was here the next day ahead of schedule which was amazing! He quickly and professionally had the job completed in little time. Matt was so nice to work with. I will be using him again in the future for my home as well as my rentals!

He came out and took measurements and said he would get the door ordered. A month later still no door and after several calls that he has never called back on, I still have no new garage door. If this is the service he does no thank you. Sorry but I have been very patient in this matter before submitting this review.

Matt was very responsive and professional. I initially contacted "Overhead Door" in Longview, but they were more than two weeks out before they would even come out and assess the situation. I started looking for other options and called Matt. He came out the same day that I called him to take measurements etc. and the repair was completed soon after. He is responsive to texting or calls and never leaves you hanging. After my experience, I would not consider anyone else for garage door needs. The repair was quick and works perfectly.

Matt was very professional, which is getting hard to find lately. He came to assess my needs, listened to what I wanted, and provided me with an estimate very quickly. He and his team arrived when they said they would, and made sure to call me if they were running late. The final installation looks great and I couldn't help but notice everything was cleaned up when they left. He also made a point to thank me for my business and made sure I knew I could call him if I had any questions or concerns. In short, I am very happy with the quality of craftsmanship and materials.
