"All Fuel saved the day! I took my stovepipe apart to clean it and did not realize that the top flange slips down the pipe. I thought that I had pushed the pipe up through the ceiling support box! Had a roofer out who assessed from topside and told me it looked good up there. I called around to other businesses and they “required” a tier 2 inspection for a cost of $359 and additional charge to come back out. All Fuel had me send photos and advised me that the pipe was fine and that I just needed to pull the end of the pipe upward to reconnect! Free of charge! They are reputable and honest and empathetic. "When I bought my house nearly twenty years ago, I promised myself that I would do everything that I could to take good care of it. My home is a 1941 bungalow, and all the plumbing needed to be updated. Thankfully, I found Pacific Crest Plumbing on Angie’s list, and for the past eighteen years Nick, the owner, has faithfully and skillfully responded to all of my SOS plumbing calls. He has navigated the tricky basement stairs with a bulky water heater in tow and installed it with a special alarm that will ring if there is a malfunction. He has put in new water saving toilets, replaced dripping shower fixtures, unclogged sinks and drains and made sure that my entire plumbing infrastructure runs smoothly and safely.
