work and schedule were very good

They showed up on time and came back when we called again for additional work. I would use them again.

It turned out to be a bigger job then expected. We had paid for a faucet repair on Angies List but when he arrived due to needing to go under the house and work from the crawl space it cost more then expected. That said he told us before he started the amount and offered us options to pay if necessary.

He replaced the complete faucet after determining it could not be repaired.

One hose bib replace, one repaired. Work was done quickly, completely and in the case of one hose bib, a simple repair was done rather than replacement.

we decided to put in 2 new toilets. They came back late same day(it was on a Saturday!) Great job, great effort from the two guys (toilets had to be carried upstairs....ugh!) A little pricey.....but what isn't. :)

The work was done in 20 minutes, and the work happened very smoothy. Definitely met my expectation.

Plumber arrived on time and placed new toilet into lower level bathroom. We understood from the Angie's advertisement that he was to remove the old toilet as well and take it away from our home. He was asked to do this and replied that he had removed the old toilet from the bathroom and placed it in the garage and this qualified as the removal of the toilet. We notified Angie's list staff to confirm or clarify the matter. We were directed to file for resolution of a complaint.

It went just as expected. No extra costs and right on time. I gave my mom his phone number because of my experience, and she was very satisfied as well!! He did a good job, you should hire this company!!

Plumber broke pipe, caused flooding throughout house resulting in water damage to lower floors. Then broke through tile to fix broken pipe when could have removed built-in to access pipes from back. This resulted in expensive repairs totaling tens of thousands spent.

He left some adhesive on the floor which made a dirty mark the work was excellent.

I had to reschedule my appointment several times and MLP was responsive to my requests. I'm happy with the work that was performed.
