Prior to hiring Torin, he was shown the space and what was needed in order to provide an estimate. The estimate met my needs and budget. He was always a couple minutes early, was genuinely friendly and professional. Each day he started by insuring his work area protected non-workareas from spills or other damage. His work was top-notch, and since the work took several days he made sure he always left with his areas cleaner than before. If I could give him 6 stars, I would. "Reroof was completed in 2 days, however we were having a skylight changed out at the same time and the skylight they brought was not the correct size. Proper size was ordered. It took a little longer than expected to get the new skylight, but once it came in they came out and installed promptly. We discovered that upon removing and replacing the old skylight when the screws were put in it cracked the drywall. They were a few more days sending someone to repair. All work was completed. I initially had put down a deposit and was not willing to pay the remaining balance until ALL the work was completed, they were very understanding and did not push to collect the remainder until after all the work was completed."

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."
