  We called Dan because he is a family friend. At the last minute we realized we didn’t have the time to do the job ourselves and I knew Dan had the years of experience to get the job done right. His schedule was booked but he made the time to fit us in. He runs a crew of hardworking guys that came in and got it done and got it done quick. They even let me keep my dogs at the house while I was away which was a huge help!show more

  Sergio is a spot on service provider. Hands down the best drywall work I’ve ever had in 20yrs of business. His pricing is higher then the average but he makes up for it with being clean and tidy and he has never billed for a call back that I can remember.

  In the past, we have had nightmare experiences with contractors and were not looking forward to using one to get the house ready for sale. But the work was just too daunting for us to take on by ourselves. Amadou Lo, the owner of the company, was a breath of fresh air. He looked over the situation and made a very reasonable bid to clean and refinish the basement and repair the deck. During the course of the project, we discovered additional issues, as is common when fixing up an older house. We had repeated problems with water in the basement during the project, and Amadou worked hard to discover the source of the problem (improperly draining gutters) and fixed it. (Our former contractors would probably have wanted to try to waterproof the entire foundation at an exorbitant cost.) The deck turned out to have much more extensive damage than anticipated, so that cost us a bit more to replace it entirely, but it was worth it. The basement turned into a fantastic space (complete with a refinished fireplace). The floor and exterior walls were waterproofed, new interior walls were added to define space, new lighting was installed and the entire area was painted a light color. The deck is a beautiful work. We have increased the living space of the house enormously. Amadou and his subcontractors worked quickly and efficiently, were continually in conversations with us about any necessary changes due to problems that cropped up, and showed us many ways to save money on the project. This was nothing like the miserable experiences we have had with contractors in the past, and we would happily use this company againshow more

  We had some moderate storm damage recently, with water damage in the ceiling of our house, a hole in our roof, and broken gutters and windows. I called around and the contractors I reached were rude, brief, and not interested. I finally called Jason Cravenho and I was so relieved that he was nice, professional, and punctual! He was patient in explaining things to me during the process and always quick with updates, which I appreciated so much. His crew worked on multiple things at our house which required lots of people doing different skillsets - it was coordinated very well and everyone worked so hard to keep our house neat and clean amidst all the work. Jason event sent a cleaning crew to clean the inside of my house when the work was all done, just because it was a little dusty from the work! My new roof, gutters, windows, and drywall all look perfect, but mostly I appreciate the good attitude and punctuality Jason showed. I've had some very negative experiences with contractors before, I will no doubt use Cravenho Construction in the futureshow more

  Estimate was right on. Job went quickly over a period of 4 days for demo, drywall installed & a day in between to allow tape & drywall mud to set up & be sanded, etc. Be sure to mention the coupon when they first estimate because they will not honor it if you don't. I'm sure I mentioned it because I always do if I have a coupon, however he didn't hear it apparently & I didn't feel like arguing over the $27.50. The job came out well, and Raoul & his helper were professional & considerate to always leave the spot cleaned up each day. I would have no problem recommending them & using them again, in fact I already have! He was very helpful to make recommendations regarding the painting, etcshow more

  Our tile project list was large- entryway floor, family bathroom floor and vanity backsplash, master bathroom floor, double shower with large bench, shelves, nichés, large glass block window, glass block pony wall shower divider and vanity backsplash, laundry room floor and custom kitchen backsplash. We designed our projects and purchased all our large format tile supplies and glass block units. Roman and Alek were willing to work with us throughout, despite all the limitations of our DIY plans and the complicated tasks we proposed. Dmitriy was very flexible helping us with the drywall aspects. Utilizing the Schluter System (including a Schluter linear drain), they succeeded in transforming our master bathroom into a wheelchair accessible oasis! We delight in all our lovely flooring and the beautiful backsplashes. Careful attention was paid to make sure the tile flooring would match our new wood floor height. Every time we take a step in our home we remember the respect, honesty and hard work ethic the team at Northwest Flooring and design, LLC demonstrated on our projects.
