Horrific. Ravaged my property with no concern. Did $7000 damage to my water pipes with no concern. Cheated me by overcharging $8000 and refused to refund the overage. Stole my money and ghosted me. Researched Mike Lema and found he cheated people in California and was indicted for fraud.

I HAD TO GIVE THESE GUYS 5 STARS. THEY CAME IN DID THE JOB WELL AND WERE SUPER NICE AND PROFESSIONAL!!!! I AM NOT THE MOST PLESANT PERSON TO BE AROUND WHEN I AM STRESSED OUT AND THE TECHNICIAN WORKING AT MY HOUSE WAS SO KIND AND UNDERSTANDING, VERY RESPECTFUL. HE ALSO SAVED ME MONEY ON A BOUGUS ESTEMATE A DIFFERENT COMPANY GAVE ME. THANK YOU SO MUCH GUYS. I WILL DEFFENATLY BE USING THESE GUYS AGAIN!!!

They did a horrendous job. Left me with broken water pipes that they broke, ripped out and provided no information as to where they were broken. Broke all of my flagstone walkways. Backed into and broke my raised bed herb garden and didnâ t tell me. They overcharged me by $8374.50 and will not answer my calls nor return my money. The worst experience I have ever had.

They actually have not done the work after 3 weeks. Thatâ s the problem. They have cancelled on me 3 times and now will not answer my calls. Unfortunately I am going through an insurance claim and they were the ones assigned to me. I have no immediate recourse right now other than to pay for it out of pocket despite my insurance.

All Valley Rooter and Plumbing came to my home and gave me a great price to install my two faucets. The technician then proceeded to do the installation and was finished in less than an hour. The entire process was great.

The workers who did most of the work were great. Even though the work was good it took longer than I expected. They were prompt in getting started.

I had an emergency leak I had called and they were there within an hour. Found the leak and got it done in one day. It was a large job, they had to replace the full water main from the street to my house and they did it in 24 hours. excellent service. I support veterans owned businesses like this one and they went above and beyond!

They came as soon as someone was free and were creative and hard working to get things in working order for us to host my family! Getting our clogged pipes fixed felt as important to them as it was to us! We even got advice for potential future improvements!

I had a leak in a water heater hose that required a pro. I contacted Chad and his team arranged for someone to come out the same day. Mike was competent, friendly and got the job done-- being very careful to double check the system. He also offered some recommendations that I will act on. The cost was fair for this situation. I strongly recommend this company.

Great experience was here about 15 to 20 minutes and took care of the problem very efficiently.

They were great and walked me though everything they said they would do they are courteous and professional and they own up to their name and service was truly above and beyond everything was great.

I needed repairs to sewer line and water pipes per inspection report form a buyer for the house. I contact Above and Beyond and from the start Mike was professional and stated known facts. I e-mailed him the inspection report so he could give me estimates based on inspection information. Unfortunately many things went amiss and needed extra work. Mike explained what else was needed very clearly. My husband died recently and this was a tough road to travel without him. The crew was excellent and went "above and beyond" to help me with the issues that seemed to keep arising. I appreciate their focus on repairing things correctly and keeping the customer in the loop.
