First and foremost was preparing a working bathroom, so Kyle carved out time in his already busy schedule the following Tuesday and did just that. He has been back to our home 3 times since and we feel fortunate to have him each time. He is smart, professional and his communication skills are excellent. He takes the time to listen and talk through alternative solutions with clients. In our home he has tackled many remedial projects including tile/grout, flooring, plumbing and cabinetry. Prior to hiring Torin, he was shown the space and what was needed in order to provide an estimate. The estimate met my needs and budget. He was always a couple minutes early, was genuinely friendly and professional. Each day he started by insuring his work area protected non-workareas from spills or other damage. His work was top-notch, and since the work took several days he made sure he always left with his areas cleaner than before. If I could give him 6 stars, I would. We are already in discussion about finishing this new space into a shelved storage area for the bathroom."
