This company was willing to work with me to get the work done, even allowing me to make the deposit in payments and went out of their way to get it done quickly. When they started the work, they discovered a lot of the plywood sheets were rotten and there was no framing support around one corner of the roof. They had to reframe the whole section. The owner himself is a very kind man and is teaching his son the business so I got to meet him as well. "I was impressed by the skill, expertise, and experience displayed by Ricardo Gallegos in identifying and patching a leak that appeared in our ceiling above the roof dormer. While there was a small issue on the roof itself, the primary leak source was identified as failed caulking and siding areas on the dormer itself. Richardo has knowledge of both roofing and siding and in talking with him about the issues and repair job it was obvious he really knows roofing, siding, and how water interacts with both.
