Happy to report that he stated when he didn't know the answer in depth, but suggested what may be the source of effects. The job was done quickly, professionally and cleanly. Quoted a list of optional improvements (chimney cap, brick cleaning/seal) and repairs (cement flue cap replacement) that should be considered, but that they not a limitation to safe usage of the fireplace. I would hire again."

"Jay was able to fix a cabinet door hinge that we thought was unfixable. We'd tried to fix it ourselves but couldn't find a matching hinge, even looking for one at cabinetparts.com. It took him a few hours and a trip to the hinge wholesaler to get a replacement for the hinges which are no longer made, but the door is perfect now. I'm pretty sure there are very few people with this type of expertise in Portland, so if you've got a tricky issue, his many years of experience will definitely serve to your advantage. Highly recommend!"

"My wife and I moved into our home last Nov. We completed many renovations that included lots of dust and the vents and returns likely were never serviced, at least not for a LONG time. So, I decided that I wanted my vents to be cleaned. After an attempted bait and switch from a FaceBook solicitation, whom was going to WAY overcharge me, and I declined their service, I casually asked my HVAC guy for a recommendation. He said use Powervac, LLC. I had never heard of them, but trust my HVAC guy, so I called. My initial interaction with Mary was great. She was VERY kind, caring, and informative. They were booked out a couple of weeks (for obvious reasons). She had me scheduled out to 6/18 on the calendar and would call me if any cancellations. She ended up calling me 2x to move the date up and here it is 6/12 and the work is complete! It's really a cool process and the two technicians, Jason and Matt, worked hard, communicated very well, had a great sense of humor, and their teamwork was outstanding! Many companies have lost the art of Customer Service. PowerVac, LLC has not and in fact operates like a well oiled machine. Saved me $300 over the FaceBook ad. Highly recommend them!!!"

"All Fuel saved the day! I took my stovepipe apart to clean it and did not realize that the top flange slips down the pipe. I thought that I had pushed the pipe up through the ceiling support box! Had a roofer out who assessed from topside and told me it looked good up there. I called around to other businesses and they “required” a tier 2 inspection for a cost of $359 and additional charge to come back out. All Fuel had me send photos and advised me that the pipe was fine and that I just needed to pull the end of the pipe upward to reconnect! Free of charge! They are reputable and honest and empathetic.
