Removed and replaced 2 layers of roofing on house.

AE&I went the extra mile. I needed 2 gutters Replaced and that was taken care of at the time.

This project, because of the location in Portland, was difficult. They worked with me on it every step of the way. They immediately answered any question I had. Excellent to work with. AE&I Construction did an excellent job putting a new roof and gutters on our home. Aaron is the owner of AE&I Construction LLC, and he takes his job very seriously. He aims to please and he did a great job of answering all of our questions and meeting our wants and needs. He went above and beyond our expectations in regards to working with us and making sure we were happy. Our roof and gutters looks great. We are very satisfied with AE&I, it was a great experience and would use them again.

AE&I Construction did a wonderful job putting our new roof on. They didn't use any hard sales techniques and were very responsive to all our questions. . The installers were nice and very professional. The job was done quickly, they cleaned up the old roofing including using a large magnetic roller around our house and driveway to capture any stray nails. Our roof looks great (we've had many compliments) and our next door neighbor will probably use them in the Spring. We are very satisfied with AE&I, it was a great experience and would use them again

Working with Aaron as the team lead to get estimates on my flooring project was a breeze. He had great communication, super reasonable and competitive pricing, and working with a local family owned business was just overall far preferable to trying to work with a big corporation that outsources their labor and is not flexible on pricing or timing! Aaron and his team started working on my flooring within just a few days of the estimate. Seth is their flooring guy and you can tell he is experienced - he and his team did a great job and got everything done with just a few days of work. Will definitely use these guys again for other projects.

There is a lot to learn about roofs. They provided a premium roof at a great price even with Covid! Great communication and follow through and follow up. Staff was professional, cleaned up each day and did great work. They went above and beyond as well. James listened to what was in my budget and they over delivered. I know one neighbor is going to use them after what I explained what they did and the value they provided. Another neighbor who knows roofs was very impressed as they saw what they did. They made a expensive and stressful situation a pleasure

After a handful of quotes, AE&I was the best-priced option. Little did I know we were also picking the best customer service option for the most inexpensive option. This company was reasonable beyond any other companies I've done business with. Here are some of the things that amazed me: 1.) The owner of the company responded to my texts directly and promptly. This is not a huge company where I got buried with other customers. 2.) The owner gave a discount simply for putting a sign up in the yard. 3.) The owner split some of the financing cost, AFTER I had already agreed to pay it. Meaning there was ZERO reason for him to do it... he just did. I cannot think of a single company that does this. I will without a doubt use this company again if what I need falls within the scope of their company. 4.) The owner was understanding of logistics of payments (paychecks coming on certain days, tight months, etc.) 5.) The roof was completed in two 12-hour days. The roofers were professional and even allowed my 5-year old son see some of the equipment they use after he expressed an interest (safely of course!) 6.) The owner continued giving discounts for small reasons throughout the entirety of the process... AND AFTER (100$ off for posting on social media/reviews/etc.) I cannot say enough great things about this company, the owner, and his employees. Incredible work!

Straight forward, no hidden condition., quick resolve of questions and issues, ,reasonable pricing, clean up well. 4.5 work quality was just because of my lacking of knowledge of the work to verify, and also this is a long term use to be able to give an instant review. The work looks good to me.

Super job. The new roof really enhances the overall look of the house and gets two thumbs up from the neighbors. Out of three bids we chose Aaron of AE&I as he seemed more knowledgeable of the work to be done. He was the only contractor who recommended constructing a small "cricket" feature behind the chimney to prevent water from pooling up. This plus he matched the lowest bid made this an easy choice. Highly recommend AE&I.
