At the recommendation of our interior designer, we called upon Paliy Construction to measure and provide a bid to replace the existing carpet with hardwood throughout the condo, including on the stairs and in the elevator. Additionally, we asked for a bid to resurface the fireplace, change out the tile on the kitchenâ s backsplash, and change out the counter, sink and faucet in the powder room. "Our agency needed to remodel a shelter kitchen area, and picked IYH from a pool of many RFQ bidders as the most qualified and capable. The contract negotiations were straight-forward, direct, efficient, and very friendly – clearly, this team knows how to work well together. The pre-construction team focused on the agency’s needs and truly “crawled inside” the details in the RFQ. They efficiently kept within a reasonable timeframe as to start of construction and projected end dates, effectively dealing with our occasional concerns and one “act of God” event.
