"Dorson Jackson and his crew did a beautiful job with this challenging project of converting a small storage room in the basement into a full bathroom for our special-needs teenage son. They solved unique situations with plumbing (did you know that pipes can be flushed 'uphill' with a special injection system?) and created the most lovely bathroom in our entire house in a timely and affordable way. This not only made our home more functional but also added value to our home by helping us create a 'studio/suite' that can be used in a variety of ways in the future. I can't wait to hire them again for a future remodeling project! They were polite, clean, professional, and trust worthy in every way."

I agreed to work with Dr. Energy Saver back in October, hoping to have the work done before the rains started. However, the work was just completed on December 31. The communication of the team was absolutely horrible - with each of the team members understanding that my project was at different points. I was told it was done multiple times - with the piping above-ground, and an alarm that was supposed to be installed still in the box. Brandon and his team finally got it figured out and did a great job communicating, but there was still confusion between the manager, Sean, and the office staff, who even threatened via phone to put a lean on my home, even though I had been calling and emailing them. Grateful to Brandon for his work, and his respectfully addressing my concerns. However, the rest of the team really needs to fix their communication and customer service."

He showed me actual photos of the damage and explained how the new roof is constructed and how it functions with the vent system. Which is really an amazing system.
