We went to Bend Fireplace and looked at new systems, they wanted to try and fix the thing, but had an 8 day backlog. We said that was too long, the Service Manager suggested Ace and we set up an appointment! They were able to get to us the next day and fixed the problem along with showing us how to get the unit to fire properly! James Neider fixed the problem and I cannot recall the exact price, but it was very reasonable and we have been happy with the results!
