We got a bid from a local glass company at the same time, and their bid was almost exactly twice the bid from Discount Windows. I made a couple changes to what we wanted, and they sent a revised bid. All the paperwork was done online, except we gave them the credit card number over the phone. All I had to do was email them a copy of our electric bill to document who our utility company was.
