He called to give a specific time window when the crew would arrive. We met the crew at the appointment. They were courteous, accommodating, and professional. The work done was above and beyond expectations. They cleaned up excess debris around the neighbors. Crew leader checked in prior to departure to make sure all needs were met. Matthew called after the work was complete to ask if we were satisfied. The whole experience was a breath of fresh air. Our driveway, street, and decks are the cleanest in the neighborhood. This is our 2nd time using Dakota Property Services. We will be using them again next year!"

"It has been 5 years since this company built a railing for our front porch and stairs, but I recently had reason to ask them a question, told them I had recently recommended them to someone wanting wrought iron work, and was asked if I would write a review.
