The work done was above and beyond expectations. They cleaned up excess debris around the neighbors. Crew leader checked in prior to departure to make sure all needs were met. Matthew called after the work was complete to ask if we were satisfied. The whole experience was a breath of fresh air. Our driveway, street, and decks are the cleanest in the neighborhood. He won't be the cheapest bid, but he certainly does an honest day’s work for an honest day’s pay -- I had no issues writing him a check. Eric poured a concrete driveway for my trailer, which included posts for a fence, and a graveled area. We agreed on a price, set a project start date, duration, and everything went as planned. The quality was outstanding! Whether you're a home owner or looking for a sub-contractor - Eric is your man. He lets you know when to expect him on the job site, the work to be done for the day, assures you are always on the same page, and keeps you informed throughout the project. I watched as the driveway was poured (I was curious as to the process) and overheard the cement truck and concrete pumping guys talking. They were impressed on how easy Eric made their jobs. How everyone was there on time, Eric explained how the pour was going to proceed, and there weren't any delays – Guys Luv it when they can get-in, get-out, and get-on to the next job. From the moment the cement starts pouring - the clock is ticking before it hardens. It's impressive to see Eric work cement, form the driveway, and orchestrate 5 other guys -- all at the same time. It can be a stressful time, but Eric was a Kool-Kat who had a handle on everything. I work in technology where perfection is the expectation, so I pay attention to the details. I also work as a project manager, so I know how difficult it is to make sure all the moving parts mesh together seamlessly. After reading the other reviews and watching Eric work - It's clear to see... A little bit of Eric goes into each of his projects and you can see his sense of pride in a serving others with a job well done."

"I had a 15 foot section of sidewalk the city mandated required replacement. Toro DEMOd and replaced the sidewalk in one day. The work was clean and defect free. Further complicating it was the sidewalk had a 4 foot wide section to a 5 foot wide section. They measured and lined out the frames to cleanly taper it in to the point where it is not noticed at all. Will definitely call them again for future projects. Will definitely call them again for more projects."
