Quote was put together and received within days. I had a pretty good idea of what I wanted our driveway and entry way to look like but I wasn’t 100% sure, Jody was super helpful on offering suggestions and helping finalize the plan. Once on-site they did an amazing job and we couldn’t be happier with the finish product. "We had a damp crawlspace. John's installed drainage with sump pumps (lead and backup with battery backup power) and encapsulated the dirt with 20 mil plastic. They also installed PU foam around the perimeter foundation walls to complete the insulation envelope of the house and a dehumidifier top keep the crawlspace area dry. In short, this work solved the problem we had and provided the added benefits of a more energy efficient and comfortable house due to the insulation as well as better indoor air quality. The work was done in four days and at considerably less cost than a competing contractor bid to do it. Another person that we had inspecting house later looked at the crawlspace and commented, "Wow! You could do brain surgery down here." We actually wouldn't recommend that though ;)"

Robert added caulking around the door on the outside of the house because he didn't want the rain to cause damage, which is something I didn't think of and was not mentioned in the directions that came with the doggie door. He cleaned up when he was done. I plan on hiring him to build a covered patio in my backyard."
