We looked at various contractors for our deck project. Since the beginning Eddie was very attentive and respectful on what we wanted and how the finished product would look. Eddie and his team were very professional and very responsive. They came up with a great plan to help us construct a shingled patio cover. They were able to start quickly on the project and finish ahead of schedule.

The work was scheduled for the next day. A three man crew showed up in the morning and the work was performed by mid-afternoon. It looks good and does what I wanted. A refreshingly prompt and professional transaction!

Eddie and his crew were amazing for day one. The quoting process was thorough. I wanted some guidance on the back patio cover design. Eddie sent numerous examples from previous projects with advantages and disadvantages. We discussed size, style, pros and cons. Once we decided on the path forward, we had a quote and date locked in within a few days of the site visit. We had delays on the project on our end and Eddie was able to adjust his schedule. Once we started the project, we verified everything prior to starting. During the construction I was closely communicated with, asked about how we wanted certain designs on trim, post location, roof pitch, etc. As the project was being done, we made a few aesthetic adjustments and Eddie’s input helped result in a better finished project. I can’t speak enough praise. It is hard to find a contractor that communicates so well, guides the client in artistic and practical design and flows through with dates.

I had the gates reinstalled after I had my new driveway installed. The. Contractor installed the gates the way I asked for. Very easy to work with and finished on time and help to his price.

Hire these guys! The quality of the work is stellar , I don't say that lightly being a tradesman myself. Eddie is always on top of it, and addresses concerns right away. They are timely, and you don't feel like you have to worry when you see the care and craftsmanship in their work. I have hired other contractors who left me feeling I got duped. Casa Bella is my go to, choose this company, you won't regret it. Also if you have an idea Eddie will work with you to make it happen, That is rare.

Eddie was fantastic to work with. He was great at communicating and was flexible with our needs and working with our neighbors. He was very knowledgeable and answered a lot of our questions about different things and how the fence tupes and materials would stand up in the weather that is typical in the NW. We also hired him to build our new deck which looks absolutely beautiful. We've had friends comment on the deck and fence and ask who did it and we are all too happy to recommend Eddie and his team. They were all so wonderful. The value for our money was definitely worthwhile.

They made a great suggestion for doing a temporary repair to the 4 sections of our fence that blew down. Were able to repair within a week and did a great job for a reasonable price.

Several sections of our fence blew into the neighborâ s yard. They were able to come within a week to install temporary posts and put it back together so that you can hardly tell it was repaired, all for a reasonable price. I would definitely hire them again.
